At Manki Parampara, every outfit is crafted with care and attention. We want
you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns/exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, orincorrect items.
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery at support@mankiparampara.com with order details and photos.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Once approved, you may receive a replacement or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made, altered, or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Minor color or handwork variations are natural in handcrafted garments
and not considered defects.
Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 6–9 business days after receiving andinspecting the returned product.
- Prepaid refunds go back to original payment method.

Manki Parampara reserves the right to reject returns that do not meetpolicy criteria.
- The replaced and exchanged product will be delivered within 6-9 days
